Order Cancellation by Customer:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us via phone or email.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Order Cancellation by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect product/pricing details.
If an order is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be initiated.
Refunds are applicable only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You notify us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution.
Custom-stitched, altered, or sale items.
Delayed delivery caused by courier issues or natural events beyond our control.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Attach clear images/videos showing the defect or issue.
Once verified, we will either arrange return pickup or guide you on how to return the product.
After receiving and inspecting the return, a refund or exchange will be initiated.
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect items.
Subject to availability, we will offer a replacement or similar item.
No exchange for sizing issues in unstitched sarees or products without manufacturing defects.
